Our factory is equipped with all kinds of forging machinery, totally over 100 sets of machines. All procedures of forging, heat treatment and machining are completed in our own forged shop, heat-treatment shop and machining shop. Our annual production capacity is 8,000 tons. We have passed ISO9001:2008 certification for the production & service of forging steel parts of valves, valve adapters and flanges. All the procedures of production are recorded, so it is very easy for us to trace them. All products have gained 3.1 Certificate. We can also carry out the International Third-Party Inspection (TPI) on products and have got EN10204 3.2 Certificate. We manufacture forged steel parts & flanges according to all kinds of standards around the world and the main standards, including American Standards (ANSI/MSS/AWWA), German Standard (DIN), Japanese Standard (JIS), British standard (BS), and European standard (EN1092-1). The size ranges from 1/2" to 72". We can make forging parts and flanges with carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel and other alloy steel. We can also make forging & flanges based on drawings or samples. Our products have been exported to more than 5 countries and regions including the USA, Germany, Italy, Denmark, India, and the Middle East. We have our own independent import and export rights.
